Washita National Battlefield Visitor Center exhibition tells the story of the massacre of a group of Plains Indians. The exhibit uses audio programs, object theater and a small collection of significant artifacts to reveal the complex relationship the Indians had both with thier environment and the European settlers. Exhibit A developed the exhibition in collaboration with Native American representatives, Harpers Ferry Center and Park staff.
